SixSq at Agile2011 in Salt Lake City
SixSq presents today at Agile2011 the results of SixSq's coaching project with ESA/ESOC
SixSq is running a coaching project with the European Space Operation Center (ESOC), part of the European Space Agency (ESA). This project aims at accompanying ESOC is its ambitions desire to transit from a traditional waterfall process to an agile process. At Agile2011, Marc-Elian Bégin, from SixSq, the successes and challenges from the first year of this project, as ESOC applied Scrum to a number of projects, in a firm fixed price contract context.
