SixSq begins alpha testing of SlipStream™
SixSq released today the first version of SlipStream™, its automated system test and in-cloud deployment application.
SlipStream™
This SaaS application allows the deployment and testing of n-tier and distributed software systems. It leverages the Amazon cloud computing platform to provide dynamic near-production environments for realistic tests of systems, permitting software stakeholders to release their software reliably into production continuously.
The alpha version of the application can be accessed here.
The alpha trial is open to select users. Larger beta trials will begin in the second quarter of 2009.
